With over 15 years of federal experience I've seen, inventing many new, restructuring and reengineering initiatives fail because they were incurred. I have conducted numerous organizational assessments of private enterprises, government organizations and nonprofit organizations. I saw millions of dollars for the renovation of changes initiatives.Some some success marginal stayed while the others are marked "Dead on Arrival". Executives of thinking, why deny them any other good programs. I am shocked that their employees do not embrace their good ideas. What is the problem of organizations that restructuring efforts? Many structural organizational guidelines, failed due to two main reasons: arrogant for a predictable top-down management style that is not to obtain the entry of workers, middle managers, managers or underestimate the customers.Senior potential contribution of knowledge workers in decision-making in an organization.
